SMS / Text Messaging Program (Ops Hub)

Ops Hub is Buddy Bear Car Wash’s internal text messaging program for employees, managers, and contracted vendors — it is not available to the general public or car wash customers. If you are enrolled in the Ops Hub text messaging program (for example, to receive urgent equipment/facility “HOT ticket” alerts or job and schedule assignment notifications):

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing information with subcontractors that support our operations (for example, customer service or text messaging platform providers) is permitted so that we can deliver the service to you.
  • All categories of information collected in connection with the SMS program exclude text message originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services on our behalf.
  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Buddy Bear Car Wash.
