These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Buddy Bear Car Wash SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”). By participating in Buddy Bear Car Wash’s Ops Hub text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
The Program
Ops Hub is Buddy Bear Car Wash’s internal operations text messaging program (the “Program”). It is used to send automated SMS alerts to a closed group of known recipients — Buddy Bear Car Wash managers/staff and contracted vendors with an existing business relationship with Buddy Bear Car Wash — including urgent equipment/facility (“HOT ticket”) alerts and job/schedule assignment notifications. This is not a consumer marketing or public sign-up program, and it is not open to the general public or car wash customers.
Enrollment
There is no public sign-up or self-service opt-in for this Program. You are enrolled directly by Buddy Bear Car Wash, as an employee, manager, or contracted vendor with an existing business relationship with the company, when your mobile number is collected from you in person and entered into the Ops Hub system by your manager or an authorized administrator, for the specific purpose of receiving work-related text messages. This Program is not open to the general public or car wash customers, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Agreeing to receive these text alerts is entirely optional and is never a condition of employment, of a contractor’s engagement, or of using the Ops Hub app. You can decline or opt out of text alerts at any time without any effect on your job, contract, or account access.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your text and data plan.
Opting Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from this Program. If you would like to re-join after opting out, contact your manager or an Ops Hub administrator to be re-enrolled.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As with any text messaging service, message and delivery may be delayed or undelivered due to your wireless provider’s coverage or other factors outside of our control.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
