We have developed a program that allows you to raise money for your organization while giving the community a service they can use. We have found that this method for raising money is more readily accepted by the general public than asking for cash contribution and your organization keeps 50% of the total dollars you collect.
Follow these steps to make
you fundraiser successful:
- Decide when you would like to do your fundraising program
- Decide how many car wash coupons you would like to sell
- Call Buddy Bear Car Wash two weeks in advance with your order and
recievea pick-up and tour date
- Arrange with as many people in your organization who are selling to attend the tour. Everyone attending the tour will receive a complimentary car wash that night
- Call Buddy Bear Car Wash to make final arrangements for our scheduled tour evening. We will need to know the number of people and cars that will be coming to the tour meeting
- The day of the tour meeting, pick-up your coupons and sign a simple contract
